Come out and socialize with other breastfeeding mommies, get your
questions answered! Get information, ask questions and receive support
from Camilla Aviss RN, BHSc(N),CCCE, IBCLC owner of Multiple Reasons
Lactation Support Services (www.multiplereasons.com).
Camilla is a RN,Canadian Certified Childbirth Educator, International
Board Certified Lactation Consultant and most importantly a mom
too! A
scale is available if you would like to check your baby's weight.

Guest Speaker Julie
Wiebe is a mom, physiotherapist and women’s health educator who
owns Interior
Fitness, a unique physiotherapy practice focused on maternal health and
post-partum recovery (www.interiorfitness.com).
She will be addressing issues on why/how
the pelvic floor is impacted by pregnancy/delivery and the issues that
often
follow…incontinence, musculoskeletal pain (pelvic, hip, low back), and
sometimes painful sexual intercourse. Come and find out, finally, how
DO you do
a Kegel? There will be time as always for general breastfeeding
questions
before & after our guest presentation.
